Topic: Controller won't connect after factory reset.

Hey!

Yesterday I factory reset my PS4 to prepare it to sell. But when the reset was complete and the "connect controller with usb cable" screen appeared I couldn't connect it. It's worth to note that the controller worked when I started in safe mode.

I've tried with 3 different cables, I've reset the controller, I've reset the PS4, I've done pretty much everything I could find to no avail.

I'm in desperate need for help as I want to sell it as soon as possible.

Can anyone help?

Did you ever solve this problem? the exact same thing has happened to me & I've sold it on ebay... extremely frustrating

Yes, I did. I tried even more cables and eventually found one that worked.
