Topic: Child account settings

Hi. So we set my step son up an account and his dad clearly put in the wrong DOB. He has just turned 18 last week, but there is no option for the account to become an adult account. Is there a way of going in and changing the birthday? I can’t even look and see when the birthday is set as!

Alternatively, is there a way of deleting the account somehow and then reinstating it as an adult account without losing all of his stuff so far on his account?

I think you need to delete it comletely, then start agan.
Either that or call Sony and explain the mistake.

Because it was not a primary account I don't believe you can change it. Like @GoodGame said, possibly Sony could help, but unlikely.

@Elodin I made a mistake with my email address once (missed out the .), called Sony, they asked for the first 5 games I ever bought from the store, and they changed it for me.
They may help with this problem.
