Topic: Applied ps plus code to child account.

I’m new to PlayStation and accidentally applied a ps plus subscription code to my child’s account and can now only access games for under her age range. Can’t work out how to transfer subscription to mine or convert her account to an adult account, any help would be gratefully received. We are on a PS5.

Might be something you have to call PlayStation Help for. Be prepared to wait around 30 minutes, but once you get through they can be quite helpful.
