Call of Duty Vanguard PS5 PlayStation 5 1

If you’re in the UK, you can probably taste the scent of bonfires and fireworks from last night. Hopefully you had a happy, and importantly, safe 5th November. Of course, if you still haven’t had your fill of fireworks, there’s always the weekend. Here’s what we’re playing, when not drawing PlayStation shapes with sparklers.

Sammy Barker, Editor

I’ve got so much to play now, it’s a bit overwhelming. I really want to get stuck into something story-based – I’ve been playing way too much FIFA 22 and Madden NFL 22 of late – but with GTA Trilogy just around the corner, that’s going to have to wait.

Stephen Tailby, Associate Editor

I've caught the Knockout City bug once again now that it's available on PS Plus, so I'll probably put a bit of time into it this weekend. I'm also checking out Zombie Army 4: Dead War in co-op, which should be a good laugh.

Liam Croft, Assistant Editor

I'll be rolling back the years to World War II this weekend as I play Call of Duty: Vanguard for review. You can expect my thoughts to hit the site at some point next week.

Jamie O'Neill, Reviewer

I'll print my draft Mini Review of Version 1.00 of Panorama Cotton, just to symbolically scrunch it up and throw it in the bin, because it focused on significant emulation bugs like disappearing enemies and missing archway scaffolding, but yesterday's Version 1.01 update looks like it's returned the invisible objects, so I'll start testing it again from scratch!

That's everything we're playing this weekend, then, but what about you? You know the drill by now: let us know in the comments section below.
