As the series celebrates its 30th anniversary, there’s never been a better time to stock up on classic Metal Slug games for your PS5 and PS4.

Just to clarify, Metal Slug 3 appears twice because there’s the Hamster port as well as SNK’s own version. They’re practically identical, but the latter is cheaper with an 80% discount and is also playable on the PS Vita, if that appeals to you. It also has more Trophies.
Actually, the only games absent from the sale are Metal Slug Anthology and Metal Slug Tactics. It’s a shame about the latter, because while that’s a very different take on the franchise, it’s one we’d certainly recommend adding to your collection.
Nevertheless, it sounds like SNK is plotting a new entry in this legendary franchise, so it’s a good opportunity to stock up on the classics while you wait for more information on that.
