Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.11 Takemura Bug

CD Projekt Red has deployed a hotfix for Cyberpunk 2077 — a relatively small update that should repair a game-breaking bug that was somehow introduced in patch 1.10. For those out of the loop, 1.10 brought with it an issue where Takemura would call V during a main story quest. However, the serious ex-Arasaka agent wouldn't actually say anything — he'd just sit there, staring into your soul and making it so that you're unable to interact with the rest of the game.

Despite boasting only a couple of fixes, the update is still huge on PS5 and PS4, weighing in at around 15GB. This is likely because it replaces a whole bunch of existing files.

In any case, here are the rather short but hopefully sweet patch notes:

Cyberpunk 2077 Update 1.11 Patch Notes

This update addresses two issues that appeared after Patch 1.1:

  • Item randomization has been restored to the previous state.

The save/load loot exploit will be investigated further.

  • A bug in Down on the Street quest has been fixed (Takemura bug).

Has this hotfix done the trick? Continue the wait in the comments section below.
