This month's PlayStation Plus lineup is an interesting one, isn't it? On the one hand, you have the superlative Shadow of the Colossus PS4 remake from Bluepoint Games, and on the other is SEGA's latest attempt to make its mascot a half decent 3D adventure with Sonic Forces. You can't win them all, we suppose.
In any case, this month's complimentary PS4 games are now ready and available for download in Europe, with North America to follow shortly. Will you be spending March 2020 rolling around at the speed of sound, or stabbing a series of gentle giants to death? Whatever you decide to do with your time, let us know which game you're most looking forward to playing in the comments below.

It sounds stupid but Sonic Forces could be kinda fun, if bad. I already have the SotC remake on my hard drive anyway.
Gotta go fast, but first I gotta go back to my backlog and platinum Sonic Generations
These games really are opposites of each other. One's slow and methodical, the other fast and chaotic. One uses muted tones to create a world of haunting beauty, the other is bright and brash like a Saturday morning cartoon. One shows us a man trying to bring someone back from the dead, the other shows us Sega trying to kill the Sonic franchise. Quite impressive really.
@nessisonett Forces is really alright. I don't regret having purchased it the other week.
Definitely worth a go for free*
*I know it's not 'free' - but still.
sweet, going to download them now 👍
I've never played either one. I'm interested in both. Will download and likely never play them. But I find comfort knowing that I can.
First month I am interested in both games on offer since Sniper Elite 4 / WipeOut Omega Collection!
@nessisonett Its an ok game. The 60fps is a big addition if you'd played the older games on PS3. If you played them on PC anyway, not so much.
SotC I own digitally already, I never played it on PS2, started it on PS3, and first finished the game on PS4. Its still a unique and remarkable game in my opinion.
Ive been in Sonic mode lately, buying SA1 and 2 on Steam, and watching Sonic X on Netflix. I am having a blast with Sonic Forces. Sure the voice acting is still not great, and the story is clumsy, but to me it is on par with Generations. Much better than Lost World too. I am playing on Normal mode and it has been quite easy, but i have seen lots of alternative routes whizz by and it should be fun working out how to get there in reruns of the levels. I would like a bigger roster of animal avatars, but other than that, this is a pretty great 3D Sonic game. In fact, the "classic" Sonic levels feel really Sonic-y. More so than Generations. Not sure if there is many of them yet though. They aren't Mania perfect feeling, but probably as close as they have ever gotten in capturing that momemtum of the old Megadrive games. I like it, although it's definitely geared towards the younger crowd, the gameplay is still fun and the graphics are great. I will definitely not be taking the reviews of future Sonic games so seriously.
@TheAdza
You get more custom character slots once you've finished the story.
Interestingly - I'm not all that keen on the 2D levels. There's something about classic Sonic's physics that don't quite gel for me. Same as Generations.
There are a couple of banging 3D levels that I'll happily go back to though.
I was never planning to directly buy Sonic Forces, but I'm interested enough to play it for free. Also, I wasn't planning on getting SotC for PS4 since I still never got around to playing the PS3 one I got on sale a long time ago (possibly also PS+? Can't remember), but again, it made sense to grab the upgraded version for free.
