Who doesn't like a free dynamic PlayStation 4 theme? We've had a few of them lately, and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is the next in line for complimentary dashboard decorations. The new theme, named 'The Race Is On', is available to download now in both North America and Europe.
It plays the theme music from the Beenox remake, and displays an animated version of the kart racer's key art. It's not going to blow your socks off, but if you can't get enough CTR, this will brighten up your PS4 menus for free.

I'm a sucker for a free theme
Nice. Still making my way through the Grand Prix, just past the first reward in the gold tier.
Just out of interest if anyone knows, are the paid for themes significantly better than the free themes. I've never paid for one so wondered if there's a justification for the charge or is it a case of if you like a certain game you pay for the theme
@QualityGeezer quality varies widely...most pre-order themes suck though (mostly static themes, often without music). A pretty good indicator of a good theme is actually its file size. Dynamic themes with music start usually at around 25 MB but can go up to 200 MB. Themes under 10 MB usually don't have their own music and have just static images.
there are also a lot of scammers on PSN who sell simple themes for high prices.
Nothing, NOTHING is going to get me to replace my bear riding a bike through the seasons.
