The second chapter in the lengthy DLC campaign for Shadow of the Tomb Raider is out now, and Square Enix released a new trailer to accompany it. Titled The Pillar, it sees Lara Croft hunting down an ancient shield in another Challenge Tomb while fending off Trinity goons.
There's also a new outfit, weapon, and skill for you to try, all of which of course afford unique benefits. The Tunic of the Shorn One costume, for example, reduces damage taken from projectiles, and lets you craft additional ammo. Will you be tackling The Pillar in Shadow of the Tomb Raider? Don't look down in the comments below.

@Bagshot £3.99 on its own, but it's also obviously part of the season pass, which is £24.99.
I might get the main game over the Christmas break (I'm officially on holiday from today WOOOOO!!!) but my main thoughts regarding the franchise now are "what next"?!
The modern games have had some good ideas but overall it's not been the right direction for the franchise IMO, I really hope they take it in a different direction moving forward.
Complete Edition coming close.
I’ve been disappointed with this game, with the amount of bugs in the main game and the last tomb, but this tomb restored my faith in it! Loved it. Hopefully the rest of the tombs are as good (and bug free) as this one!
@Flaming_Kaiser 5 more tombs to come before that!!
@kyleforrester87 I'm kinda where you're at now, too, and am saving up all the DLC to play at once, so I'll blast through it in a couple days and probably enjoy it more than little-and-often.
Whilst I'm obviously a huge Tomb Raider fan and have (mostly) loved what they've done with this reboot trilogy, I'm very pleased that it's been contained to three games which are now resolved, and am keen to know what'll happen next and how it'll move on from the darker, more gritty take on Lara Croft.
Glad to hear some positive feedback about these DLC tombs, though, because they'll keep me busy whilst we wait.
I really liked this tomb, way better than the first DLC.
sweeet, tho im waiting until its all released before i cash in on the season pass i bought after playing. anyone thats played these first two, how long do they take to beat? pretty small like 30-45 mins or a bit longer? (assuming you figured out the puzzles with relative ease)
