Is this the only kind of game From Software can make?

It looks good, but it's too similar to Nioh for my liking.
Disappointed.

Don't know if I really want another Souls-style game. I'm almost as tired of seeing them as seeing Battle Royale games.

Not interested in this genre. I wish From would make something else for a change.

It looks good, any game made by From Software is day one for me, but I would prefer Bloodborne 2.

Looked OK but still looked like Dark Souls in a Japanese setting - Nioh looks more interesting and varied but things could change...

I'm in if the difficulty isn't "wasting my time". After playing god of war I think I'm done with soul games like difficulty.

Nioh was ridiculously repetitive! It only had about 4 enemies 😂

@smelly_jr It seems they can only create great action RPGs... Can't wait to play a futuristic FPS made by From Software, a soccer game by NaughtyDog or a driving game by Arkane Studios!

Looks incredible. As for those complaining... by the time this releases, we'll have had six Soulsborne games by From in ten years, which is not an overwhelming number. And they are the best games out there.

Huh, I didn't think they'd do the Samurai setting since Nioh has basically done that now.
Wonder if Ghost of Tsushima blows this away or is overshadowed...

Hopefully Ghost of Tsushima brings something fresh to the table.

Can't wait! Looks phenomenal as far as I'm concerned, like what Nioh could have been but didn't quite manage.

@andreoni79 Haha...touche. To be fair, this game looks faster and more of a rush (with all that jumpin' and grapple-hookin') than Dark Souls or Bloodborne, so it's definitely more appealing to me than a sequel to either of those previous series.

Nioh wasn't the best and this looks better to me. More action focused, at least from the trailer. Who knows with From Software though... they can be super creative. I liked the rope swinging and some of those move sets. I'm a fan!

Oh, and to all those saying Nioh ticked the samurai box... not hardly and there can't be too many samurai games in my opinion. Nioh was one type of game genre. we don't even know the exact type of game this is yet. Don't like samurai? Don't buy it.
