In a slightly awkward exchange on today's Youtube Gaming at E3 livestream, Bethesda head Pete Hines announced that Dishonored 2 will ship with a new mode known as 'Flesh and Steel', which will allow you to play the entire game without access to any powers whatsoever.
At the beginning of the title, you can simply refuse to be gifted with magical abilities, forcing you to sneak your way through the streets of Karnaca with only your wits to guide you. In this way, it'll also act as a clever difficulty toggle.
While this may not sound like a big deal, it means that developer Arkane Studios will have had to design the game from the ground up to be completely playable without powers. Not a feat to be sniffed at. Do you like the sound of this new mode? Have a whale of a time in the comments section below.

I'm actually excited about this. I found the powers to be awkward in the first game. Having to juggle between them was a chore, and I found myself using them sparingly, which made the game more difficult than it needed to be.
This way, I'll be able to use the powers sparingly without being penalized as much.
I like the option, but please for the love of God do not make it a trophy!
I was wondering about this, in the gameplay trailer everything was kill, kill, kill. I much prefer a stealth playthrough, the first game was much better played that way in my opinion.
