Former Capcom man Keiji Inafune could be leading development on Sony’s mysterious Vita exclusive Soul Sacrifice. We’ve known for a while that the Mega Man creator is working on a title for Sony’s new handheld, but reports coming out of Famitsu magazine have prompted the Japanese press to connect the dots.
The prominent publication is promising a full blow out on the heavily hyped handheld title in its next issue, in addition to gameplay details and commentary from the game’s “conceptor”. The latter is a phrase which Keiji Inafune has used to describe his role in the industry.
Other keen eyed followers have noted that the font used in Inafune’s Vita Game Heaven announcement trailer matches the one used in today’s Soul Sacrifice teaser.
We’ll find out for certain on 10th May, when Sony officially reveals the title in Japan.
