You’ve got a little over six months to get your OCD in check, as Gearbox has announced that compulsive looter Borderlands 2 is set to be unleashed on 18th September in North America and 21st September in Europe.
While that date’s still some time away, Gearbox wants you to pledge your interest in the title early by rewarding all pre-orders with entry into the Borderlands 2 Premiere Club.
Sadly, the Premiere Club isn’t an adult-only venue filled with pole-dancing Liliths, moreover a fancy name for free DLC. Registering your interest will score you access to the Gearbox Gun Pack, a Golden Key and the Vault Hunter’s Relic. We’ll let the PR do the talking:
The Gearbox Gun Pack is a collection of unique guns to help players begin their journey on Pandora.
The Golden Key is an in-game item used to unlock a rare item in the mysterious Golden Sanctuary Loot Chest found in Borderlands 2. The Vault Hunter’s Relic is an in-game item that boosts players’ gear-hunting fortune while playing solo or teaming up with friends.
