According To Kawano, The PlayStation Vita's Release Date Is 'Finalized'.

There's a trickle of good news coming out of SCEJ president Hiroshi Kawano's blog this morning though. The exec confirmed that the release date of the PlayStation Vita will be announced at TGS next month.

We're assuming that'll be the Japanese launch, but hey, it will be nice to have some hard dates to chat about won't it?
