Gotta catch 'em all.

The original Ape Escape wowed with its DualShock controls way back in 1999, and now those simians are hopping over to another new control scheme in the form of Ape Escape (known as PlayStation Move Ape Escape in North America.)

The game is perhaps best described as a "first-person catcher" — imagine an on-rail shooters such as House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut, only replacing the gun with a giant net to capture monkeys that race towards the screen. Yes, it's Japanese.

Out today for a budget price of £19.99, the game is launching on PSN in North America on 5th July. We'll have a full demo in the coming days.
