Introducing the team of ex-GRIN staffers: Outbreak Studios.

Having worked on big retail releases such as Bionic Commando and Wanted: Weapons Of Fate, Outbreak's moniker is much less risky. They intend to make games for "Xbox 360 (XBLA), PS3 (PlayStation Store), Games For Windows Live, PSP Go and iPhone." Awesome for them. We hope they can come up with something awesome and get some income coming for future projects. We're really excited to see what they come up with.
