Playstation Up On Predictions But Not Enough To Change Sony's Fortunes.

Killzone 2, which launched two days before the end of February, secured a mildly respectable 323,000 sales, losing out to Street Fighter IV which sold 403,000 on PS3 and 446,000 on the XBOX 360. The big seller, as always, was Wii Fit.

As for hardware, the three Sony consoles once again occupied the bottom half of the charts with the Wii and DS heading up the month.

With Sony products showing so much promise in Japan and Europe now, it'd be interesting to know exactly why Sony can't seem to catch a break in the region.

It's not all doom and gloom, mind, with Killzone 2 sales showing excellent promise and the hardware sales up on predictions.
