Once you've completed Eidos 7 and arrived in Xion, as soon as you take control of your character, just ahead of the Tetrapod, to the left of the bridge you need to follow into the town, is a crate with a red beam coming out of it. Open it to instantly receive all of your Deluxe Edition content.
