Armored Core 6: Underground Exploration - Depth 1

Below you'll find an overview of the Main Mission called Underground Exploration - Depth 1. We'll provide a brief Walkthrough, an Objective Log, details of any Collectibles, and any additional information you might find useful.

Walkthrough

Begin by interacting with the elevator in the centre to begin your descent, destroying the drones as you go. Once they're dealt with, the only option you have is to drop off the elevator and get down to the bottom yourself. As you traverse down, a laser beam in the centre of the shaft will be targeting you. To avoid it, stick to the platforms on the side of the shaft, using the Assault Boost to get over quickly. Eventually, a shaft door will close and you'll have some safety.

Destroy the mechs that spawn, then head for the objective marker to open the blast doors. We recommend reloading the Checkpoint here so you can get your AP and Repair Kits back. When you're ready, apply the same strategy as you work your way down the shaft, using the platforms for cover. It's a long way down at this point, with mechs equipped with homing missiles soon introduced. Watch out for the red indicators that pinpoint their location.

As you get close, the Nepenthes health bar will appear on the screen. You need to get to ground level and target a part of Nepenthes below its cannons. It doesn't have much health, so you should get this done in one single move. Once it's destroyed, the Mission is complete.

• Reach the end of Depth 1
• Destroy the Nepenthes artillery platform

Collectibles

Parts Container: When you're making your way down the shaft with a laser beam firing at you, a set of doors will eventually close. After destroying the mechs in this area, head on over to the objective marker and this Parts Container will be in the back.
