Topic: Retrieving wrongly entered voucher codes

Hi all, being a little stupid, i have 3 voucher codes that came with Hogwarts legacy game for PS4, i went to Playstation Network to enter them, but unfortunately created a new account, entered the codes, and when i came to play the game, they obviously hadn't worked as they were against the wrong account. I realised my mistake, contacted Playstation Network, who rightly or wrongly, and even though the codes had not been used in a game, told me they were lost forever. Is there a very clever person in this forum who can help me retrieve them please? Or do i have to live with it?

@DKBrown Unfortunately, PSN codes are one-time only, and become useless as soon as somebody redeems them. There's no way to re-initialise them; your best course of action would be to speak to customer support at either PlayStation or WB Interactive (the publishers of Hogwarts Legacy) and plead your case to be issued fresh codes, but success would depend entirely on lucking out with a nice agent.

@DKBrown You can use DLC from one account on another account by setting the account that purchased the DLC to primary.
