I signed up for 12 months PS + & wallet top up £12.50, March offer ( on a PS4 )
Still haven’t received my wallet top up. Sent an email to PS support but apparently they can’t even be bothered to contact me back! Any advice on how I can get an answer from Sony would be much appreciated. Cheers.
