Australia’s ratings board, the OFLC, has refused the release of SEGA’s Aliens Vs Predator in the region. In a statement to GameSpot, SEGA Australia said they would “continue to investigate all options available to us, including the possibility of appeal.”
Why has it been refused classification though?
“The game contains first-person perspective, close-up depictions of human characters being subjected to various types of violence, including explicit decapitation and dismemberment as well as locational damage such as stabbing through the chest, mouth, throat, or eyes,” claimed the board’s report.
Sounds totally awesome to us. Sorry Australia.
