Other forums about this are saying that the moment the driver arrives (using your tracking amazon app) run out to the van and confront the driver, so he doesnt just mark as undelivered or 'refused' and then catch them out. Some are handing the items over. EIther that or take your phone and video the number plate of the van or a photo of the driver. Good for evidence for amazon or courier.
My XSX coming december 2nd. Worried now I won't get mine. Ive had trouble with amazon before with market traders selling non existent items and not getting fully refunded. THink ill get a refund if so and close my account... get one in january maybe if theyre about. This lockdown has really been a main reason for this. Thieves are benefiting from high streets being closed. ffs
