Hate this Journey bashing. Journey is a very special game! Journey is one of the best games ever made never mind just for the PS4. I completely understand that it's not everyone's cup of tea but there's really no denying its beauty and emotive experience...
Picked up Firewatch, Not A Hero and Alienation. I had to put aside The Witness, Hotline Miami 2 and Steamworld Heist for anotrher day I'm afraid. I literally own all of the other games in the sale haha
@tororosso is definitely affiliated with @PlayriseDigital and if they are really from the devs, absolutely disgraceful way to respond to comments! My respect for these guys have decreased a lot.
Now onto my opinion. I honestly think a score of 4/10 and the review is pretty harsh. No, it doesn't add anything new to the genre, it's not very creative or defining, it's very easy and the mechanics are a little stale but I still find it fun. I think 5 or 6/10 tops! It's honestly nowhere near as bad as some of the other comments have stated.
A decent freebie if nothing else! It gets tougher as the game progresses but nothing too challenging. I'll have the platinum in around 10 hours I expect...
That's a bloody good list! I wouldn't move much around if I had my way!
MASSIVE props for putting Journey at #1. It's sublime, the best gaming experience of my 28 year gaming life. 100% agree it isn't for everyone but that doesn't take away from what it is.... and that is as close to perfection it can be!
I don't see the problem. It allows new players to jump on board and can provide additional money for the studio to develop a sequel. It doesn't take up the resources of the dev team either as they're nearly always outsourced
I don't think an open world format would be such a bad thing if done correctly!
I'm a huge ambassador for Mirrors Edge. Played through the campaign about 5 times in total. The Platinum is impossible though. Those time trial times for stars
I'm angry with ND for selling out though... This was always marketed to be played ONLY AFTER you've finished the main game. There's things you learn about some of the characters in 'Left Behind' that truly affect the main game! Shame!

Re: Naughty Dog: We Can Put Together a Really Great Add-on for Uncharted 4
1 - 'Left Behind' was a great piece of DLC.
2 - I don't understand why this has even been announced
Re: Gamescom 2015: Unravel Three Minutes of EA's Cute PS4 Puzzle Platformer
Is this full retail?
Re: Gamescom 2015: Run Away with Fresh Mirror's Edge Catalyst PS4 Footage
Was a huge fan of the first one I'd be happy with more of the same if I'm honest. Just a little more flesh on the bones and a more engaging story
Re: Review: Journey (PS4)
This is the best game ever created! It's a big statement but it really is true. A gaming masterpiece!

I've loved every Pixeljunk game thus far except the crazy music creator one that no one really understood
I'll probably pick this up (However my backlog is rather large at the moment )

Re: Out This Week: Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Ether One, Project CARS
I won't be buying anything this week then
Currently I'm playing Driveclub, Shovelknight, Child of Light, Niddhogg and Watchdogs (Always like to keep a balance between new titles and backlog)
