Apparently something has happened to the supply chain when Ubisoft shipped these physical copies to retailers.
Check the spine of your physical box copies guys.
If it says CUSA-13034. You should have no issue getting the ps5 upgrade as this is the 'REAL' UK licensed version we should of all got.
If its CUSA-13035, its the Turkish version (hence ubisofts advice to sign in to PSN Turkish account as this version is recognised by that region as being authorised for a PS5 upgrade and not the UK PSN). I believe this is the version most people have received from retailers.
People have contacted Ubisoft Customer Services in regards to this and they have pushed blame on retailers advising customers to get refunds from them.
A real mess up indeed.
