Mine is behaving really oddly. I have a rolling Monthly Extra membership. It won't let me upgrade to an Annual Premium Membership at all. The only options are to upgrade to an Annual Extra Membership (no discount), or a Monthly Premium Membership (saving 35% for the remainder of this month only, for a grand saving of £0.16 and then reverting back to full price next month).
I tried to get a refund on this via Playstation Support but its like talking to a wall. As I downloaded the game, it was not refundable unless faulty. I've explained how it is faulty.
"Have you tried deleting it and redownloading it? Have you tried playing it on another console (?!). Have you tried downloading it using a wired connection.".
I've explained its the game being released in a broken state, not the download. "Sorry but I have to answer these questions".
Technically, Modern Warfare 3 isn't launching as a PS5 game. Only as DLC for Modern Warfare 2. Powerpyx has the info as part of their trophy guide.
The PS4 version has it's own trophy list and Platinum Trophy. The PS5 version is instead listed as DLC for Modern Warfare 2 (and therefore has no Platinum trophy, as it's part of the MW2 trophy list).
It also needs the Call of Duty Launcher App, a Call of Duty account to play anything and a constant online connection even for single player. You can't even boot the game without an online connection, due to having to go through the Launcher app.
