Just watched a couple of reviews for this. Seems odd that your review doesn't mention that you can find characters to talk to, side quests/objectives, or collectibles via exploration. Guess that's what you meant by "rewards exploration"?

Only thing available on PS4 right now is a free avatar, and a bundle (game+dlc) that is listed as "unavailable". It's possible that it already downloaded, but I don't know why it would have. Not sure if it's available or not on other platforms though.
Every time I see Dragon Quest XI in an upcoming release list I get super excited! Only to have my hopes crushed by seeing that it's the release for Japan
