@Dijon makes sense. why throw away your account and current titles you already own. when you can take them with you.
they both simialr spec systems and when comes to 3rd party games they probs going to be built for both systems at once so advantages will be minimal of the extra hard ware, and when making exlusives even with better hardware each will work towards strengths of the machines.
ive got ps4 pro and xbox one x and graphics are already amazing, if you getting twice the power of them then even if ones 20% faster the other in departments its going to make zero difference to your expeirence no matter which your preference is.
I've had both sony and xbox over the years and currently and would say I like xbox the most, but reality of all these stats on performance is where ever the lowest spec lies then the other system will odds on only be pushed to that level bar games that designed for that system only.
I think where you go is mainly based on where you come from, if you got extensive xbox account filled with games and games on disc, it makes sense to stick with it with the BC, where if you the other side of fence with all your PS4 gear you might as well stay on that side of the fence. then dabble over onto the other side if you swing both ways when the prices drop
