@Uromastryx I have raised the games difficulty level with no abilities and no armour. Still won't show red skulls. I will try the method you've mentioned and hope it works for me.
They still haven't fixed where no red skull enemies appear even when I'm on level 1. So can't get the overdesign ii trophy. Not really a trophy person but after doing everything, would be nice to finish it off.

@Voltan which trophy is that. I can't get the overdesign 2 trophy. No enemies have the red skull even after resetting all skills.
