@Banehatsu I get what you mean man. I guess it's subjective for me. I'm just sick to death of people complaining every month who continue to pay. Its not mandatory, ya know, if ya don't like it, don't buy it! (that was t directed solely at you, just in general)
@Steve30000 I get where everyone is coming from, and I'm certainly not trying to wind people up. Everyone has the right to be upset and complain, what annoys me is that it's a constant stream of complaints. Maybe I'm in the wrong, but my personal opinion is, if you're not happy about something, don't keep giving them you're money. I wasn't impressed with PS now, I didn't like the majority of the selection of games they had and it wasn't worth me paying money each month for. So I cancelled my subscription. Ps plus, personally, is a service you pay for to be able to play online with friends and I make the most of online storage which has come in extremely useful when my ps broke and I didn't lose all my save files. The games, for me, are a bonus. Some months there are games that I've just bought a couple of days before on a deal, but I don't pay for the games. If I wanna buy a game, I'd spend that £19.99 every 3 months on getting myself games that I want Instead of relying on a mystery box. If you want a snickers, you don't go out and buy a lucky dip and hope to get a snickers. The games are a great addition to a monthly service (to play online). Every time I've had a problem online, Sony sorts it out straight away. That's what I pay for. I can see why people are annoyed, but it's a matter of subjective opinion. Personally, if you're not happy with the games, cancel the subscription and just have one or the other. Same reason I have Netflix but not Prime... I'm not gonna get everything, but I'm not paying twice for the same films
@Banehatsu I have ps plus, just not PS Now. So it's a win cos I get SFV and Pub G. The way I see it is I pay £20 every 3 months to be able to play online and for Online Save data storage... The games are a nice bonus.
@Banehatsu You know these are optional subscriptions, right? I mean, you could always.... I dunno... Cancel ps plus if you're not happy with it? But we won't do that, we'll keep paying and keep complaining... Then we'll get the ps5 and spend the next 5 years complaining they're not doing it right whilst we keep paying them...i can understand the frustration that PS now has one of the ps plus games... But I don't have ps now, so this is a win for me.
@Olmaz I couldn't agree more. I hadn't looked at it like that. I'd love to think it's inevitable that prices will rise, same with everything, but when you read it like that it does seem like a disservice. I'm a glass half full kinda guy, some games I've got seemed rubbish and ended up being faves of mine so I'm happy to try a bit of everything.... Apart from Farm Simulator... That was a kick
@dr_lovejoy Hey, Doc. I agree with the sentiment, but you know I gotta hold my corner here... If your friend subscribes to PS plus he/she will be able to benefit from playing online with friends and make the most of an online storage cloud! The online servers require maintainence, hence the cost... Whilst they are a subscriber of this service, they will be able to access free games given every month! Hope that answers your question!
@David187 completely agree, bring on the mass of self entitled cry babies who "hate" Sony because they give them free games they've already played. Boo freaking hoo. Don't like it, lemme show you the door 😊

@Kienda Kudos, my friend. Nice to actually see a post in support of all things gaming rather than another troll post. I share the sentiment
