Yeah, it's a blessing to have it on the Vita. But on the other hand, I would have settled for a conversion of Tatsunoko vs Capcom just fine. The one with Darksiders was an interesting parallel, I wish Ono had elaborated a little more on that subject.
All the signs points to region freedom for Vita, so I think many will opt for importing the machine as soon as it launches in Japan. About the delay, well, I'm not really concerned. I mean, there will be more time to prepare a proper debut in USA and Europe interms of advertisement, and most importantly, the initial game library. The 3DS has suffered from weak exposition of its power, and focusing on a N64 rehash like Ocarina of Time has done more harm than good. So I really hope Vita's debut titles are going to show the sheer power of the machine.
