@Deljo let’s hope more games add this. It’s such a big difference and I’d be fine playing everything at 40fps besides fps competitive games etc that I don’t play anyways.

Dead Space has been great so far. About 15 hours in. It’s pretty tough. I have to start using the environment more around me to kill instead of just ammo. Reminds me of the resident evil remakes which I love. New tv with local dimming with so much darkness the game looks so good!

Digital Foundry said the pro runs at about a 4070. For the price it’s quite a good value… for people who want it but for others who are complaining about it just don’t buy it? I just got a new tv so I won’t be getting it for a while but the fact it can run fidelity at 60fps is a selling point for myself alone. On my new 65” you can clearly see the difference in performance and fidelity.

Fortunately some games have a 40fps option for people with 120hz vrr TVs. Just finished the last of us part 1 with this and it looks absolutely incredible and 40fps is almost as good as 60 and feels 10x smoother then 30. I just wish more games provided this option.

I wish they would update the fps issues and add a 40fps option at least. Just got a new tv with vrr/144hz and it still runs like crap unless you use performance.

I just started playing TLOU part 1 and running it on 40fps fidelity mode and its just as good as 60fps. Easily playable and much smoother then 30fps. Please Square.. i've yet to play it in hoping they add it in or fix the framte rares.

Also is it just me or is he aging very slowly? 👍

I miss seeing his name with Final Fantasy titles.

I’m praying that the division 3 is still being developed smoothly.

@Nepp67 how is it disappointing? Essential is the bare minimum and they want people to bump it up sadly. If you want it I’m sure upgrading from essential to extra is cheaper then the cost of this game plus you will get multiple extra titles every month.

I was going to buy it recently but kept holding off until I got a new tv. Well the tv is coming this Sunday so I’m excited to play this and haven’t touched my physical copy of ff16 yet either.

Lunar was probably the biggest sad feelings game I played as a kid besides ff7.
Monster Hunter will be excellent and a huge time sink.
Horizon remastered for 9.99 is not bad if you have an original copy.

@Northern_munkey yeah that’s what I figured. Damn it’s just so hard to go back to controller for racing. I thought I remember reading that they focused a lot more on wheels for motorist but I guess it wasn’t enough.

@Northern_munkey ya they fixed that problem with a firmware update that lets you keep the fan on the whole time. I’ve played it for like 6 hours straight and have had no problems. I was gonna go with a direct drive too but after playing around with the t300 I can’t feel any of the gears and it’s very smooth. Not 100% smooth but you can’t even notice it. The Logitech g29 is grindy and loud.

With the crew 2.. for me it just never felt as good as gt7. It’s hard to go back to arcade racers but I’m sure I will get the latest one at some point.

@get2sammyb it’s one of my favourite racing games for sure. I have close to 1000 hours I believe. The multiplayer is nice and quick.. in and out and kept me hooked for a nice while!

However then I got a Thrustmaster t300 rs and the handling sucked in it for wheels. Got gt7 and now it’s hard to go back to controller once you’ve used a good wheel.

Way too expensive to justify getting one at this point. It’s over $1000 Canadian for it plus the disc drive. Plus I’m waiting on a new 144hz tv delivery and we will see how it looks with vrr and/or 40fps quality modes with some games.

It looks incredible. I been playing monster hunter since the first one on psp. The UI might be confusing but I find it to look really clean with all the small icons etc.

What he did was wrong but he is in no way a 'pedo'. She was 17. In most countries the legal age of consent is 16. He deserves some hate but not labeled as a pedo.

@WizzNL some people have magical systems that never get fps drops or anything.

Sad. The division 1/2 are in my top favourite games.

I completed it when it hit ps plus and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely loved theme hospital back in the ps1 days. Will be looking at getting this.

@Ravix Same here. Played the demo for 20 minutes and the game felt and looked pretty bad. Hopefully you’re right about it moving to the game catalog as I’m sure some parts are okay.

I wish Forspoken would drop to like $10 already.

We can’t forget the amazing donkey kong country games they made on the snes either!

@Ultrasmiles I agree. I loved the rpg elements of the last few ac games. It’s what got me hooked on the franchise.

Absolutely loved the division 2. My most played game. The first game I ever did group raids and eventually lead raids with on a daily basis.

I lowered the volume of the beep. But there’s no poll option for just lowering it. In the settings there’s a high and low or off.

@LifeGirl it’s aimed at people with disabilities. That’s a reasonable price.

For anyone still struggling with this. Just download a ps plus game from the ps store and reload diablo 4. It fixes the issue.

Looking forward to this. Huge Division fan. Would prefer a Division 3 but this will do for now.

@solocapers belt driven don’t grind. I have a t300rs and I don’t feel that grinding sensation. Gear driven however like the g29 def have a grinding feeling.

@uptownsoul yes you pay an insurance fee. The cost depends on the upfront cost of the car up to $20,000 I believe. Also just crashing it you don’t have to pay anything. Only if you blow it up.

@Clemerek Try to redeem the free upgrade from the ps store within the phone app or your web browser. That's how I would redeem the free ps5 upgrades before I got my ps5.

It's so nice being able to reply to messages and view party chats in a window and not full screen!

Same process to transfer your no man's sky savedata to the ps5 version. I didn't think it was a big deal at all.

@Spoonman-2 go to settings, users and accounts, other, then restore licenses. Should remove the icon.

@Deanster101 right.... No reasons to own a ps5 right now.. 🤔. I assume you haven't been able to find one to say that.

@Marios-love-child it doesn't add extra buttons. It allows you to map existing buttons to the back. I absolutely love it. And use it all the time and mostly as gear shifters in racing games.

@huntbearpig it's 60fps on ps5. Plays beautifully.

@Loftimus exactly. It's the main reason I got one at launch. I always wait a year or two before purchasing.

My problem is the actual audio quality. It's horrible. Sounds like a 128kbps mp3 from the 90s. Ruins the immersion for me. And googling it shows a lot of players saying the same thing. Someone actually extracted the audio and found its saved as 24,000hz and averaging 70kbps peak. What's up with that?

And also I have encountered a ton of bugs and glitches. Playing on ps5.

The Crew 2 is great. Been legit playing it off and on for two years. Weekly prizes and online challenges with new updates still happening. Best arcade racer. Multiplayer is miles ahead of need for speed. And according to the weekly leaderboards there are over 100k people still playing it on PS4/5.

@Elodin we had stock today at Ebgames in Canada. Sold out quickly but it's a sign more are coming sooner then later.
