This build is not very good. The MAC 10 is known for its mobility, so attachments should enhance this. My build is Task Force barrel, either Suppressor, Raider Stock, STANAG 53 Rnd. Drum, and the last attachment is either the Tiger Team Spotlight, Striker Grip, or 5mW Laser. Using the Striker Grip you won't let an enemy see you prematurely, but if you're a rusher, it really doesn't matter. Aim down sight to turn off the Laser or Spotlight. Another option you have is to remove the barrel to use both the Grip and the Laser/Spotlight. Using one of these combinations will give you extremely fast movement and will make you very hard to track.
