Well I voted for a 1st Resident Evil. In 1996 I bought Playstation with Resident Evil that got me into survival horror. I was 11 years old and that masterpiece of a game became and still is, for me, best in series.
For that time it was something special. It was not just the graphx, but those fixed cameras. Yeah back then that looked great with tank controls. Music rised the tense that stays in your head forever. Sounds of the zombies, the footsteps, the gore... Design of the zombies that looked scary to really give you a nightmares. Zombies in the remakes just didnt do it for me. Dont want to go all the way so to be shorter...
Later I bought Gamecube because of RE1 Remake and it was the best remake ever made.
So for another RE Remake for PS5... Camera to be like in RE 3.5 with OTS for a cinematic expirience. Graphx more detailed, better art design, every detail covered. Dynamic lighting and shadows. When you walk near the candels the flame + shadows must react! Interactivity bullet holes, windows opens the wind, papers fly. Light breaks. Give me geometry and phisyx... can go on. And I want vibe of the 80s, 90s horror movies.
Off topic but important Now that Reuben is no longer with Capcom I need a Devil May Cry remake and not to wait like 10,20 years. Bring back Drew as a voice actor for Dante and do it Capcom. BTW Kamiya post a tweet a years ago that he would like to remake a 1st DMC. Ears in the air Capcom Bye ppl
