Strongly agree with that. I’d be really excited for a new IP or Last of Us part III, but I’d honestly be pretty disappointed if Uncharted 5 is the next ND game. Not trynna hate on the people that enjoy those games, I just never got into them, Last of Us is the reason I’m interested in what ND does in the future. Just gotta make sure I don’t let their next game get spoiled for myself.
I wouldn’t mind a Last of Us part III, it’d be kind of nice actually to get another one after having part II spoiled for myself. A new IP would be cool too, though.
Can’t say I’d be interested in another Uncharted, just really didn’t care for that series as much as I love The Last of Us. But in the end I hope Neil/Naughty Dog do whatever makes them feel most inspired as creators, so I’m glad to hear that’s the plan.
