@Shad361 same with me, in 30 years of playstation think i had a broken square button on my ps3 pad after about 6 years with it, and that's it. in 4.5 years of ps5 I've had i think 5 now that have had bad stickdrift on the left stick and had to sell to CEX at a loss, 2 of them are so bad I'm embarrassed to take them in the shop to test lol, but also seems strange to throw away, paperweights now
Bought one last week, doesn't feel at all like a 200 quid device, didn't realize it was a touchscreen also, great product. Thumbsticks a bit small though but didn't buy it for high intensity games so shouldn't be a problem
Hope Clair Obscur turns out to be good, thinking about preordering for the 10% discount, but it runs until release so makes sense to wait for reviews I guess
@get2sammyb was only a tenner. If you do then make sure to unlock the new characters early as you can as they are woven into the main story to an extent, really impressed, 20 hours and barely touched the main story
@Loamy Never thought about this subject much but i have to say i agree with everything you've said above, good job explaining yourself without name calling, i really didn't see the conversation going the way it did, bravo
@AdamNovice reminds me of the famous xbox one quote: 'Fortunately we have a product for people who aren’t able to get some form of connectivity, it’s called Xbox 360'
''I don't like the new design and i like the old one better'' - “ Your method of expressing your opinion and the content of your argument are entirely unconstructive'' :
''your comments are disrespectful to the other Anna fans who are genuinely looking forward to her.” - wait, what?
Is there actually a game to play here? other than this line, I'm not seeing anything mentioned: 'as you film items, waiting for a circle to fill before moving on to the next thing'
@EverydayRobot Exactly the same feeling when i was playing it, ultimately I gave up on around chapter 7 as Alan, it just wasn't fun with the whole light source, scene change mechanic
@thefourfoldroot1 Similar for me, when they eventually are on a sale at a price I like, I'll probably just think I may aswell wait until its on ps plus. Games at 70 quid is definitely getting me to spend less overall, cant imagine I'm alone in that
@PuppetMaster Thanks, tried a few of these, Sonic mania aswell is good. She loves astros playroom, just shelling out 70 quid for astrobot is a bit much when she can get bored after 5 mins though. We tried plucky squire but hated it, forgot about sackboy and tmnt, will try
Good stuff, getting a backlog together for my 3yr old for when shes a little bigger, hardly any couch co-op games for ps, looking through the store yesterday and there's a struggle to find any kid friendly games of decent quality, I got so desperate I downloaded Knack, poor kid
@truerbluer 'if you wait a year, you'll get a superior version for much cheaper' - That's the case for basically every game now anyway, even when staying on the same platform
@dskatter To be fair, they were right about Veilguard, was just a vocal basement dwelling minority criticising it, the majority went out and bought it in the end
