@ShogunRok I started to get the same problems today, it began halfway through the scholia arcana questline, with enemies disappearing after death and not having loot or any experience gain. Another issue I was having was in adessa, every time I tried to Access the armoury it crashed the game, anyone else experiencing something like this?
