He didn't say Deborah Ann Woll was not attractive, we've seen this alot with female characters. None of what he said is an attack on the actress.

It would be interesting if the PS6 was launching next year, I'd have bet it would have been 2028. I also think these numbers for power sound pie in the sky, and I thought they already had the internals mapped out. Sounds like a reliable leaker but twice as strong as the ps5 sounds unrealistic. In any case I think it's gonna be a hard sell unless it's somehow under 1,000 and at least supports a detachable drive for blu rays and back compat. They should've included that when they stated they're ditching discs, they could've cushioned the blow.

@ButteredCrumpet You're a riot brother. Nobody's threatened by women because they're sick of knock offs. Inventing canon reasons for them is irrelevant. If they'd made a gwen spinoff like the first Spiderverse movie that respected Spider-Man and was quality I'd be happy for who that pleased. But as you can see with Marvel's Spider-Man 2, what they will do is put the original character down because that's in fashion. Further I'd love if they made a good female led superhero game, about the og version of the character, and it did well. I don't want a male version of Wonder Woman either so 🤷‍♂️

@DennisReynolds I wouldn't be salty at all if there was an audience for that and they made a spinoff, and people enjoyed it. They'd probably just shoehorn her in like miles and spend the whole game telling us she's better than Spider-Man. And sweet baby is a consulting firm.... for dei, the beating around the bush doesn't fool anyone paying attention. Nobody is trying to keep anyone from making female superhero games, female led games like Metroid and Stellar Blade and Nier and so on do great if they're good games. Sales do poorly typically when you swap a Male led franchise for a female derivitive character because it's lame.

I am in several of these spots as others mentioned. Worried about the story, since SM2s was crap. Very excited as a Wolverine fan but share others weariness with the single player story type games, where we will be at some point pressing forward as Logan limps along slowly and we feel his emotional turmoil or whatever. Think there will be enough for me to enjoy as a fan of the character if they don't torch the writing.

I'd like to know if this fixes Jedi Survivor. Really enjoyed the gameplay but felt like it needed a boost to run well, and the Pro update was one that suffered issues as I understand. Would be tempted if that's fixed and more games are improved by this to go for the Pro. Looking forward to coverage on this, planning to snag a new ps5 soon.
