It's worth mentioning that the developers of TemTem have just removed all monetisation from the game, and have rolled all previously purchasable items into normal in-game achievements - which makes the game 100% more appealing for me, knowing I can get a 'complete' experience without having to spend any additional money.
I’m really hoping a rewind or autosave feature is added in a future update just to help take the edge off some of the rougher design elements. Autosave would be enough tbh, like they had in TR Anniversary - because I’m so used to not manually saving, I just forget to do it!!
I genuinely hate to be a pedant, but the expression is ‘the proof of the pudding will be in the eating’ - but then it’s gotten ‘wrong’ more than it’s gotten right these days so it’s probably right now!
