Wow! It really makes me sad when someone in the game industry is so impressively jaded that they don't realize how lucky they are, and amazing it is, to be able to attend a show like E3. To call E3 2016 "disappointing" makes me scratch my head. I've been in this industry since 1994. My first job was at SEGA in customer service for the launch of the 32x. Since then I've held jobs as a game tester, assistant producer, game designer and even a short stint as a game journalist. I've been to too many E3's to count (including this one) and not once have I ever felt anything but blessed and in complete awe at every E3 I had the pleasure attending. I've never felt "disappointed" that's for damn sure! I remember working at video game shops in the mall reading EGM and GamePro magazine wishing I could go to shows like E3. And ever since 1994, I've never forgotten that feeling. I guess what I'm trying to say is there are millions of gamers out there that would give their left foot to be where we are. Take a step back and appreciate that. E3 2016 was anything BUT disappointing.
