I live in Australia. I got a Ps4 white console for Christmas yesterday. I was exceedingly upset at the fact that I could not play online. I couldn't even connect to psn or internet browser. It is not my internet modem because my ps3,ps vita, surface 2 RT, surface pro 3 and gaming pc all connect to the internet in a flash. This is very disappointing. My friend lives 10 min away and his one works fine. I will be looking for compensation if the issue is not withheld and terminated in a week max. As i purchased Ps plus and 5 other games specifically for the online experience. Of which I had none. I would take it personally to thank you if you alert me about future news concerning this coincidental issue.
