Part 1 with PC's were constantly worrying about virus's and like,,,,,WE spend hundreds in dollars to "protect" and "detect" these malicious virus's, and malware,,,,why is it this does not seem the case with these gaming consoles,were told essentially they are in fact high performance "computers'' in their own right
so one of two things are going on ,either we're being lied to and these malwre ,adware and virus's are just for lack of a better term so i will coin one,"shamware",,,,or these gaming consoles are not as safe as we are led to believe
think about it,we still have banking info associated with these consoles,,,,its the same internet,with the same douche bags roaming and reeking havok through it,,,,,are we to believe that a $450 gaming console is more secure than my $1,200 lap top with Norton 360,,,,McCafee,,,,,Malwarebytes,,,,,and SpyHunter Pro ?
and yes i double up on McCafee and Norton and i double up on SpyHunter and Malwarebytes,,,,in both instances they seem to catch something the other did not which makes me wonder if they are just telling me they caught,blocked,or deleted something just to make believe i need their product
i do NOT believe the latter,because prior to using SpyHunter and Malwarebytes my puter was really bogged down,took for ever to boot,surfing was slow,my internet browser was hyjacked,,,and then i contracted the little gem that plastered my screen with pop up ads
ran SpyHunter free version and it found more than 800 infections on initial scan,,,,ran Malwarebytes and it found an additional 300 or so,,,,,upgraded to SH Pro it found like 75 more and same with Malwarebytes premium version,,,after that it told me how to clean house as it were on my puter to insure all components of this cyber Hudu VooDoo crap was gone and the difference was like night and day,,,,my puter was mine once again
you may wonder why McCafee and Norton,,,they catch the extremely damaging security type virus,Trojans,and worm type,,,,at least this is my understanding,,,,,,so are we to believe that all of this is necessary ?,,,,i believe it is,,,,,,,but why is the gaming console immune to such threats,,,,are we to believe that the gming divisions of Sony and Microsoft have stumbled onto a security catch all that the PC divisions have not?,,,,,,i think not

this new thing with PSN seems to have effected my console,,,i can not seem to log onto Pinball Arcade which is on my HDD of my PS4,,,,just says its trying to recognize my access ,,,,also AW is acting hinky,,,,was doing the tiers on exo survival and it froze and now it will not let me back in
this is kinda what stemmed the whole thought process of why is one in need of all of this protection,and yet we are to believe the other is free and void of such treachery ,,,,,,is it possible to contract some thing on a gaming console that will effect the hard drive through online services?
if its a console thing than why cant the implement the concept from a $450 gaming console into a $1,200 laptop to afford it the same protection
the PSN servers have been problematic for COD AW since its release,,,,game freezes,and lag,,,,,my game was freezing in the lobby prior to the start of the game,,,,only way out was to shut down and reboot system
they have known about these issues since day Zero,yet here we are

anything short of everyone turning there backs on gaming its pointless to expect change,,,there attitude is "it is what it is" take it or leave it
and "take it or leave it" IS THEIR WORDS,,,,,they know full well that gaming is not going anywhere,,,,there are only two options,and as long as the two options stay in agreement its no different than standing a quarter on edge to see if it falls heads or tails as to which system any consumer pulls the trigger on
oh no,,,,here they stab you for even more money at the check out counter for an "extended warranty",,,,,so if you only scraped enough dough together to get the system,you run without a safety net,,,hold your breath nd hope for e best
you get a manufacturer 30 day warranty,,,,if my system had failed at 31 days i would have a $450 paper weight,,,,and again,they know this,,,,and again i realized that was my only option and with a week and a half left i had to do it
heres the thing,,,,they had to know that the influx of new users were going to impact the servers,,,it was cheaper for them to sit back and ride it out until everything settled down,,,,throw out a fake apology and say were the heros,,, we fixed it
not to be a conspiracy theorist because im not,,,,i would not be surprised if they are using "hackers" as an escape goat to mask their incompetence and basic "i dont care" attitude,,,,and of this i speak from first hand experience ,,,,they DO NOT CARE
you know you guys that keep crying for some kind of restitution need to step away from the bong
there not going to pony anything other than a day or to of double xp points or some thing alike for your game

no matter how much i displayed my disapproval of this Sony customer support basically said take it or leave it and the customer service agent HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!
what do you do,thay got us by the short and curlys and theres is absolutely nothing you,I,,,or any amount of complaining is going to do to change it,,,,they know this,,,,and they do not care,,,,this was grossly apparent by my experience with Sony Customer Support
not only was i presented with either except a refurbished pre owned unit or congratulations on your shiny NEW $450 paperweight,,,,,they were extremely glib ,and condescending about it,,,,i had never been treated like this by customer support,SHE HUNG UP ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF A SENTANCE!!!!
so if you think for a second that their going to "Make this Right",,,,,,hold on,need to stop laughing and regain composure,,,,,,almost there,,,,,not quite yet,,,,whew,,,,OK,,,oooooookay,,,,all righty then
your only option is to bounce to the one and only competitor ,,,,and both Microsoft AND Sony know this,,,and to be honest do some research,the grass is NOT greener on the other side of the fence
