I had a lengthy convo via amazon chat as my PS5 was at the station ready for delivery then it wasn't, due to external reasons, which Amazon wouldn't tell me. As their delivery warehouse is 30 mins down the road I said I'd collect it in person to which I was told no. After more time in the chat it became clear to me that certain delivery drivers are only allowed to deliver high end / expensive equipment, basically I got out of the guy I was chatting to, Amazon don't trust certain delivery drivers with expensive stuff. If that's the case why employ them??? I was one of the lucky ones to get my PS5 that I pre ordered from Amazon, god knows how those are feeling who've not received theirs yet. I'd give it some serious thought next time on pre ordering anything like this again from them that's for sure

@Daleaf plug the USB into the back of the console and it will charge in rest mode
