Trying to work my way thru the Platinum for CrossCode, but I did get my physical copies of "The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales" and "MOUSE P.I. for Hire" so I might start one of them...Even though my backlog is getting ridiculous at this point
Not a fan of these kinds of releases, and I should have known this would happen after Indiana Jones and Doom: The Dark Ages...Lesson learned, don't trust any Microsoft published physical release to not require an internet connection to play. Fool me once and all that
While I agree that ANY microtransactions that are withheld until AFTER the early-review period for a game is over is an extremely scummy practice...For the most part, the microtransactions that Capcom includes in their game are just baffling, like the red orbs in Devil May Cry 5. I'll never understand why someone would pay to play a game less after they already paid to play it.
SaGa Frontier Remastered is what I'm excited about...I get that it might not be the best JRPG on PS1, but I never got to play it back when I had a PS1 so I'm going to try and get the platinum trophy.
I've been pretty hyped for this game, not sure how I feel about a movie adaptation being announced before it releases though...The game could get by with having a mid story if the gameplay is good enough, but if the story isn't great then I don't see the movie appealing to mainstream audiences
ANNO: Mutationem is the game I'm most excited to try and platinum. I've been trying to play as many games that I can, from the China Hero Project...It's always great to play games from parts of the world that haven't been the focus of console gaming in the past. I hope the China Hero Project continues to help more developers make games for the console market.
