So I keep seeing this is an Ubisoft issue. I also have the exact same issue with Miles Morales. The ps4-ps5 upgrade option just does not appear. The disk version i have is EU and i live in the EU so there should be no conflict.
I have set up the Turkish account in order to solve this issue for Valhalla but it does not work for Miles Morales. Its pretty obvious that this is a PSN issue as we are creating different psn account to bypass this issue for Valhalla. Either way, Ubisoft is completely useless as always and sony is yet to answer...
