Please some one sort these hackers out and get playstaions up running. Once you've found the hackers they should be band form owning any device that allows them online, as they clearly abuse the system that people work hard for and pay for. If anybody knows when everything is going to be up and running please let my know because I'm missing out on gaming.

I am very angry with the way PlayStation has handled the hacking. I've tried to contact you with no luck. Something must be done and soon!!!
