I would love to see a Code Veronica remake! I think it would be the most logical choice as thanks to RE2 remake, Capcom already have a graphical character template for Claire Redfield and thanks to RE7 they have an updated character template for Chris Redfield. Plus they could easily tweak Wesker's appearance from RE5
