The thing about dark humour is it needs to be actually funny, or have some satirical point to the darkness. Whatever profound meanings Fares claims here to be conveying here were lost amid an extended exercise in edgelordy sadism. I don’t know, maybe being a father makes the bit where a character with a child’s voice being murdered less than hilarious. If others like it then fine. We stopped playing after this, mostly because I didn’t give a *%#$ about the characters and wanted them to frankly, fail.
