And if an awesome guy like Jaffe has to sell out just a little in order to make some money and in turn a better game..... then i don't see a problem. I'm sure he hates it more than you.... but you've gotta do what you've gotta do... imo
I was getting ready to say how perfect this would've been for the Vita..... Would've made a great launch title... seems so pick up and play friendly. Hope they can do something in the future
Yea i totally agree. It's my favorite too, and i'd hate to see them do the series disjustice. But oh how i would love to see an amazing HD sequel... For now, i couldn't want anything more than the HD remakes to be released on the Vita. That would completely convince to buy one...
I'm not pushing anything. But i had some wonderful evenings under the 'influence' with Flower. Just me in my room getting lost in it's beautiful world........
i've got a 3ds and really enjoy it. I was totally planning on getting MGS 3D, but now i feel like i just really need to stick with first parties until i pick up a Vita. Especially since i don't even use the 3D for anything i've got....
Really great article Joe. I remember first getting my Playstation, sitting in our back room, demo disc in hand(only game i had for about a month), convinced i was holding the future and overwhelmed by the idea that i was getting ready to experience it.... Such a cool moment in my life... Being an only child, i really owe so much to that little system. Spending countless hours playing and replaying these 'games' that would in reality become the basis to so many memories, and good memories at that. So important now as the dark reality of adulthood attempts to squash me entirely... haha. Man i loved that damn thing.....

So when it comes to the PSN and the Vita, how will that work. I never had a PSP so excuse the ignorance. Will there be Vita games solely for that system, or will you be able to get past games to play on it now? Thanks
Uncharted 1 and 2 both changed the way i view games and how they should come together.... Haven't had a chance to play 3 yet...
As far as GOW... the last one i played was the first for ps2, i remember enjoying it a lot. But i don't think i can really get into a button smasher these days... Does that make sense? I hear GOW 3 is just a masterpiece and a work of art... i would like to play through it just for the experience, but i don't really have the time or resources. Right now all of my gaming is on a 3ds.. looking forward to Revelations, and MGS 3D especially.
