That's misinformation. The majority of games will be able to be downloaded again and again, 1st party Nintendo games are on the card and and just like the switch, any games have game codes like for example FFXHD Remaster where X-2 was a download code, it will say it on the case. Research isn't hard to do @Flaming_Kaiser
